FAQ

How can I return my products?

Deliveries within Germany can be returned to us free of charge. For this purpose you can send us an e-mail to info@menosa.eu or use our contact form. You will then receive a return label by e-mail, which you can use to drop off the package at a DHL parcel store near you. A return is possible within 30 days. The refund is usually made within 5 working days. Returns outside Germany are the responsibility of the buyer.

Which payment methods can I use?

In the store you can pay on account, by prepayment, with Sofort-Überweisung, with PayPal or with your credit card.

What is the current delivery time?

Usually you will receive your products within Germany within 2 - 4 business days. Outside Germany there may be extended delivery times.

 

Is delivery possible throughout Europe?

We deliver our products throughout Europe (except France and Switzerland). The respective shipping costs are calculated automatically when you specify the delivery address.

How does the ordering process and shipping work?

After receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. We will then take care of the shipping preparation of your products as soon as possible and send you a shipping confirmation (incl. link to track the shipment) via email after handing over the goods to our shipping service provider. The shipment is climate neutral!

Can I have my products delivered to a parcel shop/packing station?

You can also have your products delivered to a parcel store. For delivery to a parcel store we need the address and the number of the parcel store. For delivery to a parcel station, please include the number of the parcel station and your DHL post number.
